All of the huge rocks and boulders on the hillsides in Swaziland never cease to amaze me!
It was fun to see Execution Rock and Sheba's Rock from a totally different angle and way up high!!
One of the hills we went down on the way back...
We came around the corner and had cows in front of us!
Overlooking Ezulwini
(We could see Corner Plaza and the empty lot next to our flat!)
It was SO beautiful! (These photos just don't capture it...)
Zooming in on the Conference Center...
Babe (Kenneth) and Zihle Nhlabatsi are not members, but we taught them awhile back with Elder Powell and Elder Pulley... They said they will come to church on
our LAST Sunday here.... February 24th!!
His girls, Princess Nhlabatsi (almost 11) and her sister, Mary (16),
come to church alone every week! They are AWESOME!! Ü
I had to get a picture of Zihle's fun braids
We gave "sweeties" out to a few little groups of kids
as we drove through Lobamba...
When we drove in our gate, this cute black and white bird was on our roof...
I LOVE the birds here but it is hard to get a picture of them!
WEDNESDAY
We visited Bheki and Nelisiwe Mahlalela and their boys tonight in Elangani with Elder Reneer and Andile Mbuli. His mom knows Neli since they live in the same area
and used to know each other where they worked in Mbabane. The lesson went well!
We are HOPING they will come to Church on Feb. 17th when Neli is off work. If not that week, Bheki said he will come the 24th, our last week.... We'll see!
Neli had just gotten her hair done and it looked so pretty! (It took 5 hours!!!!!)
This is Precious, a waitress we met at the Adega Portuguese Restaurant. The elders have been teaching her for about a month and she has come to church EVERY week! She is SO cute! I have never seen braids quite like these and had to get a picture!
I love these three!! Nokuthula (on the left) is Ephraim's wife and Sikahyiso and Loyal are
her two daughters. The girls come with their dad EVERY week to church but Nokuthula had not been for a couple of years... until just about 3 weeks ago!! I cried when she came to church!! We took brownies and visited them this afternoon.
On the road from Nokuthula's home in Lobamba.... Ü
This is cute Tipholele in her new school uniform. She will turn 11 the day we leave.
(February 28th) She stopped by our flat to say "hi" this afternoon on her way home from school. She is our landlady's daughter ~ Simangaye's big sister. We LOVE her! She has sat in on many lessons as we have taught Sindi, her nanny.
The sunset over Execution Rock tonight as we left Lobamba for Elangeni...
